I can't believe how fast this year has gone by... Wow!

I worked today, I don't like working Saturdays hmn.. I don't know of anyone that does :(
So at work I was talking to one of the Restaurant Managers and he asks me if I had a boyfriend.. I told him I had 3 and then walked off to talk to someone else about some problem or other.. He then corners me later and asks me - "Aren't you like "pure" and go to church and stuff like that ??"
Heheheh that's really nice... I'm really pleased about his perception of me :) Very pleased..

In other news it was my cousin Angeline's baby shower today (well we aren't meant to call it baby shower coz Michele isn't here and we are having the real baby shower when she gets back - after the baby is born)
I had a little "incident" whilst making tea and all my uncles and Abdullah will not let me live this one down.. sigh... that's what happens whilst day-dreaming in the kitchen... What happened was I opened a new packet of tea bags and thinking I was refilling the tea jar, put most of the tea bags into the tea pot. And Abdullah who was monitoring what I was doing (he is so ready to be a dad !!!!), came upto me and asked me if I was making tea for the whole suburb !!!
And uncle Jude did not help by spreading the story to all those invited..
So all evening I get comments like"B, we are coming over to your house for TEA" snicker, laugh laugh.. or "You must come visit me - wonder if I have enough tea bags.."

The mum n dad-to be (Abs is just grumpy coz its Father's day tomorrow and he won't be getting a gift yet)
