Dry Spell

Just a quick post to let everyone know that I'm alive and well.. just been a bit busy plus was feeling uninspired to write :(

I have around 3 1/2 weeks till I leave for Sri Lanka and I've a whole load of stuff to do/get..
Currently planning Michele's hen's night - it's going to be a whole weekend of fun and games (*evil laugh*)

Had an interview yesterday (I'm looking for a new job.. as much as I love the tower, I think I need to move on) Think it went quite well.. now I cross my fingers and hope they call..

More than 13 million people are eligible to vote for Sri Lanka's 5th executive president today (well minus 1 - me being here) yes I'm eligible to vote but voting is not mandatory and I have not enrolled so I'm missing out. I wish I could though. It's pretty much between 2 guys (here's a bit of Lankan politics for you) Mahinda Rajapakse and Ranil Wickremasinghe. Just spoke to my parents - they are awaiting the results - Tension....
