I don't get “fashion”

On the way home from work today, a young gentleman stepped off the train with me.. and I found his attire very disturbing..
For one, he had a pierced eyebrow, lip, tongue (and possibly tonsil, I didn't care to ask...) and he was wearing his pants under his behind... yes, this poor fella's underwear was in full display to all and sundry... And even though the practice is common with the likes of Superman and Batman, don't think the look ever took off with the general public.. Anyway moving on.. he was wearing a black long sleeved hooded jumper that had a drawing of a skull and something or other written about death.. and I guess he was going for the dark, brooding, tortured look... Only he had a little figurine of Minnie mouse on his shoe !!! That killed it for me... nearly p****d myself laughing..
